The introduction of e-commerce in the Dominican Republic builds on Tommy Hilfiger's ongoing commitment to invest and expand its presence in the region. The site will offer online package tracking, dedicated email customer service, and an introductory free shipping offer. The new platform also builds on Tommy Hilfiger's global omnichannel retail strategy by enabling the consumer to return or exchange purchases made online in TOMMY HILFIGER stores for free.
Through the new do.tommy.com online store, consumers will have access to a wide selection of TOMMY HILFIGER lines, including TOMMY HILFIGER and TOMMY JEANS men's and women's apparel, accessories and footwear collections.
